1st Cook - Spatchcock chicken

I've had my egg for about a month and been itching to get started. But, I wanted to wait until my table was complete.
Here's the first cook. I went with a simple, easy dish: spatchcock chicken!
An amazingly moist and tender chicken :ohmy:
Now to plan more!
