Thank you Doug, Couldn't cook today 35-40 mile hr wind and drizzling all day. Very chili outside. Will be trying them soon and will let you know how they turn out.

Thanks LL,yea,it doesn't get much better than this It just great to be able to enjoy the eggs with good friends
-
I know how he did them....too hot and too long.
Some smarta$$ said something about how they resembled charcoal wrapped charcoal. That's why I bring stuff already done - no pressure to perform in front of better cooks. -
   Yea,I think that I remember that remark You noticed that I didn't get one single picture of my drumsticks :woohoo: I hear they were spicey I didn't get to try one though :pinch:Thanks to Brent(Purpose)for the jerk marinade

Spark, thanks for the pics, good stuff. It was a great time indeed. Very good to see everyone, even though a few core NGE members were missing such as Barret, Tredwell, Big'un, & Smokey.
We left and went to my sisters for a drink which turned into a full fledged party.
Also, thanks to our gracious Host Eggindawg!
Mr. Sparky, can I have a chicken leg?
At my sisters place afterwards, and yes it's a gasser, but the Elk Sliders and Elk stuffed ABT's were very good.

Now that's doin it up rite.

Hey it was that dang small that caused the fire...not my bacon wrapped tots...  :(
a great time was had by all...our guests who came with us had a great time...we have 2 butts on now and will cook ribs in the morning...
thanks Teddy and Chris for a great day... :silly: -
Patti you should use maple bacon and coat the tots in DP Ragin' River. Try to cook them at 300 indirect....not quite as hot as I cooked them...
-
I will bring you the pecan next week....
-
Yea...I agree. 850° direct is a little high for bacon tots
:P -
