My First Beer Butt Chicken

Decided to try some Beer Butt Chicken on the large BGE. I seasoned the twins with some Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin!!

The Twins are ready for the BGE

After 1hr 15 min @ 300 degrees, I took them off & added some sliced veggies. Put them underneath the twins for another 90 minutes.
Rested & ready for the knife!!

Let's Eat


Delicious, very moist. Just enough spice, and the guests were happy...
