It was about 17# and took 2 1/2 hours and was very moist.I cooked it at 350°.

From memory - about 1-1/2 hours at 400 dome raised on the XL flip ring. 12# bird.
I think I'll separate the thighs and breast next time. I had iced down the breast for about an hour and the thighs finished well before the breast. Must have been a buxom bird.
