Hey all,
It's my first post, and I thought I'd add something to the board we can all use. I tried an Ancho & Chipotle Brisket Bath I bought at Whole Foods Market and it turned out fantastic!! :woohoo:
The brisket bath is made by sweetwater spice company from Austin, TX. I marinated my 4 lb brisket for 6 hours and then injected some of the marinate.
After 11 hours on my BGE (with help from my new DigiQ), here were the results.
