I'm a new egger. I cooked pork tenderloin with apricot sauce , chicken with KC BBQ rub, mixed veggies (onion, mushrooms, asparagus) soaked in italian salad dressing.

The veggies look amazing too! I'm assuming they turned out excellent too? Did you do anything special with them?

It was the first time I cooked veggies on the Egg. I cut up an onion, mushrooms, red pepper, lots of asparagus and mixed in minced garlic, salt and pepper. I drizzled them with Italian salad dressing and let them soak in the refrigerator for about an hour. I cooked them directly on the grill in the wok with holes and there were nice grill marks. They tasted great.
