Alternatively, plan a cook, post what you want to cook and we will help walk you through it in detail. It's nearly 100% sure that what ever you want to cook, one of us has done and can walk you through it. We all faced a bit of a learning curve when we started. :-) -
We know you are frustrated. LIke someone said, watch the DVD. Also go to Fred's Music and Barbeque on YouTube. He has a few videos from lighting to cooking on the EGG.
