Seared Tuna was on the menu for dinner tonight!! Added some bacon wrapped scallops and some green beans!! YUMMY!!!


Ahi Tuna marinating in 1/2 soy and 1/2 honey - added some blackening to the tune before hitting the egg

Just wrapped the scallops in bacon w/ a toothpick holding it together
