Stumbled on two ideas I wanted to pass on:
1) DP Shaking the Tree is amazing on fish (only had used it on chicken)
2) Using a grilled cheese sand...as a bun on a juicy egged burger is unreal!

There is a place in Milwaukee (Atomic Cafe) that was on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives that had a huge burger with bacon and used grilled cheese sandwiches as buns. Sounds awesome. If I ever try it I will make sure my cardiologist is on the line!
