Just wanted to share what I did today:
Used a bread maker and off the shelf pizza dough mix.
Ingredients and Cookbook.
Assembled Pizza ready for the Egg.
35 minutes at 475 indirect heat.
Final Product
I am now tired of Pizza for a couple of weeks. LOL

I have that cookbook, but haven't tried any of their recipes. How did you like it? I've been searching for a recipe that can duplicate pizzaria uno's crust.
