sitting on the ass the other night reading the "which 4 DP rubs are a must?" thread when I got to thinking that I have never tasted Dizzy Dust  , so I went to the website & read its description & for reasons unclear to me this came to mind: homemade kettle chips dusted & used as a plain cheese pie topping along with hot peppers :ermm: (cayennes & red Sicilian chilies). It all seemed to fit so I ordered a bottle, it arrived today
look at the little fella
dusted but good:
a few choice brews
made a ‘just in case’ pie, didn’t need it but ate it anyway
who says you can’t get big air with a 3 hour rise
the rub is great Chris, you are the man

What color is the sky in your world? -

Nice. I don't know where you get your inspiration from but keep it coming. Your recipes are truly one of a kind and get my taste buds to thinking. Thanks

Potatoes on a pizza....only you could come up with that one. Dizzy Pig rubs are the best!!

You are right Anne, the rubs are outstanding, it takes a while to get through the whole line there are so many good ones, still in the experimental stages here, fun experiments they are indeed. How is my buddy doing over there, you keeping him outa trouble?happy in the hut

Zips, I'd be willing to try anything you cooked, so I'm sure it was good.

Zip, I am sooo disappointed. Looks like you didn't fry the potatoes on the egg!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Norm or Clif? You strike me as more of a Clif type.

Del is behaving and he says "hi". He's relaxing and enjoying his time away from work. The fun ends Tuesday, he's back to the real world. :(

Zippy, when are you going to open up your own Pie Shop? If you have a menu with all of the pie toppings you've posted here it would be endless. Nice looking pies as always. Mike

Pie looks good anyway, if a bit different. Next time, fry the taters in the egg on the roof.
