Peter Reinhart bread class in Texas/Central Market

For those who've admired SmokinGuitarPlayer's bread on the Egg, Peter Reinhart (Bread Baker's Apprentice, Artisan Breads Every Day, etc.) is going to be teaching at Central Market cooking schools this and next month. Peter's techniques and recipes are the ones Fred's adapted to the Egg.

I signed up for the Feb. 1 class in Southlake. Hope to see some other Eggers there.

Thanks for the heads up! I just signed up for the Southlake class. I have been working through his "Bread Maker's Apprentice" Book for the past few months, so I am pumped to be able to meet him and watch him teach.
