bought some dizzy pig rub and had to try it out lastnight so put the spare ribs on at 2am.

boehmer are those just laying on top of each other? I have not tried that.

yes they are just on top of each other i put them in for about a hour like that with a lot of wood chips and smoked them.. them wrapped them in foil and put them back in.
