Best day of cooking this year...

I can't maintain this pace :woohoo: :cheer:
but it was a fun way to start the new year.

I started by trimming & slicing 7#'s of London Broil for beef jerky. (no pics) Then Ginny and I had Buckboard Bacon Eggs Benedict. Here is some BB frying & the Eggs Benedict.

Then while watching a great Auburn/Northwestern game we made Maine Eggs Lobster Dip...OMG....this is spectacular...I cooked 2 tails on the mini

Chopped them up for the dip...it was hard not to just eat this..

add a few more lobster bites and it is ready to eat...I am telling you, you have got to try this stuff

I got the Baker's Apprentice book from Santa so I had to make some bread. Cooking on the large at 350.

I also cooked a pork roast while Ginny was making black eyed peas, collared & rice....needless to say we ate well today.. :woohoo:
