Happy New Years to the forum folk. It has been another great egg'n year and thanks for the help and friendship.

Hope everyone has a great and save night and prosperous new year.

The Tenderloin Car Sui is within 10° of being done, pot stickers are ready as is the stir fry and ham fried rice is done.

The Char Sui might not make the trip from the egg to the table, the aroma is fantastic.
