Pulled Pork for New Year's

Two Shoulders, one 9.0 lbs, the other 8.4
Cooked @ 250 dome to just shy of 200, approx 14 1/2 hrs,
pulled and cooled until the next day, then divided between two crock pots and added a little apple cider/brown sugar/vinegar/etc. Delicious :P

Oh great! Yours looks great, but now I am worried that mine are gonna finish waaaay to early! I was gonna put mine on at 3ish today hoping for a finish around 10am tomorrow, now I am worried mine will finish at 6am! :ohmy: :ohmy:

Not to worry, mine could have cooked a little longer, I pulled at 192 or so degrees because my fire was starting to die. Putting them in the crock pots the next day with the cider mixture finished them to perfection.
