It was okay, but not the best, and I could tell early on that it would be as much. It was confirmed when my family was not raving about the taste that I was in trouble with this recipe. I'm glad they didn't go overboard to say it was great when it wasn't, and their silence was golden to me as I won't make it again. I'm thinking too many herbs in the turkey and gravy kills it for a Texas based tastebud that even my Eggy cannot overcome.

csr, As for me and my family we loved it and will make it every year. For me I have taken the time to prepare for the turkey cook this past Thanksgiving. I asked questions prior to the cook and during the cook and there also was a three part video and a call in number.
As for me if I don't have anything good to say I'll keep it to myself. Tim -
Turkey is great. We use more of a southern style gravy. The Mad max gravy is good but not as good as my wife's.
