Did up about 35LBs Buckboard Bacon. It went over so good last year. Everyone has been requesting it again this year. At least this type of Gift does not get shoved in the drawer or stuck in the hall closet. :woohoo: :blink: :laugh: Maybe

I'd be curious to hear about the pros/cons of different cuts as well. From Thirdeye's website it looks like you can use pretty much any cut of pork. Can any of you with experience share thoughts on loin vs butt? I'm guessing butt has more fat and loin is leaner, but how does the final product compare?
