Not to spectacular but we stayed home this year and cooked for ourselves. 7.5# breast smoked w/a little apple.
Today was ready to get rid of the turkey so we food saved half of this breast for later and cut up the other for some white chili.
Soaked some beans and here are the raws:
A little leftover cornbread from the dressing was nice.
