Thursday night at Main store Bobby-Q will be doing a turkey class. Look for details at Big Green Egg Academy above. Learn and eat also.

    I attended the turkey class last week and can recommend it. The recipes are very good and it was interesting to hear Bobby explain how he came up with them. Of course the food was delicious too!

    Can't make it to that one but I'm hoping to make it to one of the classes sometime. I wish we had something like that in our area.
