Mainegg inspired braided thingy ala wolf

Spatchcocked the chicken last night and tore it apart today.
Added some sauteed onions, garlic, and mushrooms
Topped that with Basil and Onion Tomato Sauce
then added sun dried tomatoes
Topped it all with a 6 cheese italian blend.
Closes it all up and put it in the egg
30-40 minutes later... Dinner!!
Yummy.

did you use the frozen bread or did you use something else? i used the frozen on the first one and used a pizza dough recepie i got from LC on the second one.. i liked the second one better :unsure:happy eggin

Did the pie crust have a flavor taste? Would adding garlic powder or onion salt help before cooking?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Look at the things I put in there..
Sauteed Onions, Garlic and Mushrooms Added garlic salt and onion powder would be a bit much.
Pie crust was just a normal crust. -
sounds interesting but i would proabably go with a ricotta rather than chedder

I used the frozen bread dough, but I think the pie crust looks good too. You have class tonight? It wouldn't be braiding class would it? Your stuffin sounds tasty, as does the apple, raisin and cheese idea.
Mine was a total mess, I didn't do a good job of tucking...the yumminess was a great reason to keep tryin' :P -
Good job. Fast and easy. Now who has desert? Maybe some baked apples and stuff. Would you see what you can come up with? I'm about ready for bed! :side:
