Saw Beli's post this morning. I am trying to make room in my freezers. Pulled out catfish nuggets, hatch chilis, torts and some smoked pappa jack I did awhile ago.. Brought home some cabbage and carrots sprinkled lightly with balsamic vinager, garlic and s/p. Also pulled a sausage out and sprinkled heavy with swamp venom. Oh a sweet tater that had to cooked before I lost it. Oh and refried beans I did afew weeks ago.

It's amazing how good you can eat from the freezer when you got an Egg out back.
    Thanks,

question- do you find that you have to tend to the food in the skillet more often? thus, causing you to open the egg more frequently?

Not really. That was chopped apples with a topping of oats, brown sugar, cinn, ginger, walnuts, raisins and butter. Just bake till fork tender. If it were veggies I might be peeking and stirring more.
