Pork chops for dinner

Made a couple of pork chops on the mini tonight: direct at 400+ degrees, using olive oil, S&P and a shake of granulated garlic, pulled at 150 degrees. I've been very pleased with the impact the granulated garlic has had on the chops lately. Add sauteed asparagus and mushroom and I have my low carb dinner.
