S'more Pizza at Eggtoberfest

My son Tim was doing his S'more pizza at Eggtoberfest. He was nervous since he had only cooked on a mini and never before in front of a crowd. Here he is smearing the chocolate fudge sauce on the dough...oh yeah we forgot a spatula, so like any good egger Tim improvised...
The marshmallows browning nicely:
The graham crackers and the pie almost ready:
The crowd was waiting patiently...not:
and no pressure when standing right by you watching you cook your first time at Eggtoberfest is....

cooked at 500 8-10 minutes -
This is a great dessert pizza...
