L, These were frozen sweet potatoes prepared as follows...
Preheat the baking sheet in oven (400 degrees).
Place the frozen sweet potatoes in a bowl and toss them with a little olive oil.
Spread the potatoes out in the baking sheet and place in oven.
Turn the potatoes over after 10 minutes.
Cook 10 more minutes.
Dump the potatoes in the bowl, sprinkle a little more olive oil, add fresh thyme, chives, and garlic and toss them.
Put back in the baking sheet and place in oven for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Then serve!
