I found a large used egg in a custom table. I haven't got a call back yet so I don't know how old it is. The table looks like the size of a bge long table with tile on the top shelf and a 110 plugin outlet fixed to the end of the table. He says the table is built like a tank with good size casters. Pretty nice looking with the egg grill plyers and ash can and ash tool. They have $650. on it. Is that a good price because I did go to Buba Tim's site and depending on the age it could be three years old and still be a good price with the table. Yet it is $200. away from being new with out table. The reason for selling is moving to an appartment.

I'd say it is all up to how good the table is. You get a brand new LBGE for that price at an eggfest.

Yea, I may see how he would go on just the egg. Maybe + or - $450. somewhere in there. Just the other day a xlarge sold for $500.

I did get a call back on the large used egg. I asked how old the egg is and was told 6 or 7 yrs old. I told him that I thought I would offer him less if he needed to get rid of it otherwise I would rather get a new one with a warranty for that money. I told him respectfuly I would offer him less if he needed to sell it. Buba Tim's site would put it at around $350. egg alone. If I figured right. I don't figure in the mileage but, he is 140 miles round trip.

You made the right choice, that is pretty pricey for a large that old. I would have liked to get a hold of that XL though.

Hi Little Steve; No platesetter or pizza stone only a grill pliers and an ash can and an ash tool. It was said the fire pit grate was changed to Iron and I think the egg needed a gasket.
Tim -
Tim,
Gasket is no biggie. Sounds reasonable if the table is decent.

Eddie, you live in the craigslist mecca for used eggs. Check it today.

I will send you the link if you want to see the listing.
If I can I will give you the link. It is on Craigslist Nashville. The table seems to be a nice one.

Tim,
I'm in Canada so the shipping would be a killer. My wife does think I need another one though

Thats just because she wants to keep you out of the house  are you still allowed to use the fridge or are you relegated to coolers now?
-
I was on it this morning and have already sent the e-mail. By it being on the beach I am not optimistic on its condition.
-
Pat,
That was the beer fridge..she had no business there
