Adjustable rig at it's best

Just love the adjustable rig for baby backs. Being able to lay them flat and suace is fantastic -vs- useing the standing rib rack. Yesterday's cook of 6 slabs with Blue's Hog.

Those ribs look GREAT!! I enjoy using the Rig for ribs also. How do your set up your Rig for 6 slabs?

Great idea with the rig. I need to try that when I'm making quantities. I'm not a fan of rib racks either.
BTW- Nice looking ribs!!! -
I have a cast iron grid on bottom with 2 slabs then middle stainless steel from TJV store then the BGE ceramic grid on top. Use the spider with pizza stone and drip pan for indirect barrier under the cast iron hanging low. Works fantastic and I just pull and rotate the top shelf with bottom about 2 hour mark to compensate for cooking temp's. Cant recommend it enough and if you look close you can see the bottom layer of ribs in there.
