Slicer disinfection product

For those of you that have meat slicers, what do you use as a disinfectant? Is it a store bought product or a mixed concoction? Thanks.....

Yep, just soap and water... Good enough for dishes good enough for meat slicers.

im not sure what the crystal stuff is that i was using for the beer, i know back in college we used bleach in the beer bar for the lines and taps. i wash the meat slicer parts in the sink and then wash the slicer with the same soapy spongefukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

I use a diluted bleach solution. I wash it with soap and water, and then sanitize with the bleach water.

The standard ratio is 1:10 if it is Clorox(bleach being the smaller number, just in case...)
