Trying to decide on whether to go or not.

What kind of a decision is that? -RP

Not sure about WA but we will have AK, CA, AZ, Mexico, Germany & many other locales...so come on down...you will not be disappointed.... :P :woohoo:

Looking for someone who might want to team up with me to cook.
Also, from Seattle, the airline that goes to Atlanta has the smallest possible plane I've ever been in. The return flight was the most miserable 5 hours I've ever spent traveling in my life. Then got home to a shuttle that left without me and a dog who died the following day. Left a depressing taste in my mouth about repeating it all. (I did have a great time in Atlanta, tho.) -
I am sorry about the flight and the dog, but what does being from WA have to do with cooking teams.
Last year I was with Houma Frank and the Chickens. I am sure someone will cook with you.. -
Oh, I just thought someone else may be coming by their lonesome from WA and we could team up. I would be agreeable to cooking with someone from elsewhere. Or at least sharing an egg and taking turns.

Hi Gwen!
I'm seriously considering making a resolution to attend an out-of-state EggFest in the coming year. Unfortunatley it won't be the BIG ONE. Waldorf and Oklahoma are at the top of my list with Texas and Florida tied for 3rd at the moment.
If I get serious about it I'll give you a hollar in case you're interested. -
Nobody is ever "alone" Even Fidel and stike would have cooking partners..
-

-
You left out Florida. Or was that on purpose?? LOL How is the recipe project doing? TIA
-
Heck ya! I'd cook with either one of them guys at any fest ... especially if I could mooch a high quality stogie from Fidel.
-
Would it count if I was born in WA, keep my heart in WA, have family in WA, am in Seattle right now but...live in VA?? I'm a newbie and not sure I'm "qualified" to do a busy cook but would certainly consider being a helper/gofer. I would also be interested in sharing a room (non-smoking preferred). Want to discuss it further??
-
Yes, that counts! LOL Are you out here visiting family? Too bad about the weather! I'm so miserable right now. And I hear it's even hotter in Seattle. (I'm on South Whidbey.)
Would love to pair up with you on cooking. I already have my hotel reservations with just a single bed, so can't really partner up there.
Are you going for sure or just thinking about it? We should probably take this to private email.

You'll have mail in a minute or so.
-
If thats the only thing keeping you from coming I would cook with ya. I will be coming solo this time. I am already planning on bringing the stuff we would need(I hope, I am sure to forget something).
-
Eddie, it would be fun to cook with both you and Susan, if you don't mind being part of Team Washington. :P Will be you driving? Where are you from?
-
Sunny Florida. Wow what a drive.
-
I'm flying. So I assume you're flying too. Not really familiar with my geography and driving distances on the east coast!
-
I am driving. It is only a 5 hour drive for me.
-
I just noticed that only two people can register to cook on one egg. I don't know if that's a new rule or not. I suppose you can register for your own egg and then cook with Susan and me on ours! Or we can use 2 eggs side by side.
