I enjoy reading how people prepare for there cooks. Some people are like myself. We set out on the journey with a good plan but might end up changing the directions a little bit and end up in a little different place. The other side of the story is the more prepared people who actually have the road map of there journey and follow it to a tee. Both are perfectly fine outcomes are always good because we are cooking on an Egg. I guess i just enjoy reading about all the great meals we cook on this board.

LOL how true. I collect cook books and love to read them. but hardly ever use them LOL Neil said he learned early in our marriage not to get to excited if I pulled out a bunch of cook books it did not mean I was going to cook. i cook like my grandmother and toss and taste as I go.
