slow cooked stuffed tender loin on the grillgrates last night turned out grate. tender and moist.
no plate setter 275 dome temp for 1 hr 15 min
everything i cook seems to cook faster on the grates.so lower temps maybe save on the lump

These are much nicer and cheaper made by BGE.They are made to fit the large and XL egg.

We sell those in our Egg Store, but I've never seen them in use or have used them. Looks like they work great!

Don't waste your money. Go with the CI that YB showed. They create hot spots on the rails and over cook the meat where the rail come in contact. They are retangle in shape and don't fit in the egg.
