Yesterday I saw you starring in an award winning video that had you busy with a couple of butts. In that video you were working with a pair of tools that appeared to cut your pulling time down quite a bit.

What were you using to pull those butts? What are they called and where can a girl snag a pair? thank you in advance.

Mainegg is correct. They work very well to pull the pork but also to lift it from the Egg. Many BBQ Grill stores sell them.

    Thanks for watching my video.

I love your videos Leroy. I just wish they were longer so I could have a soda and a bowl of popcorn. :)

If they were longer I would have to start charging admission.

Those things scare me. I saw that photo and had images of a loose sword snagging a nostril, or something...YIKES!!

sometimes this board is like the old fashioned "telephone party line" that some of us grew up with so excuse me for butting in. If you're pulling several pork butts with those bear claws you can speed it up and make it a lot easier if you'll use this little trick of giving them more support and trust me it's less effort and you can even finesse through those fat pockets quicker!

Also just a word of caution - if you have young children PLEASE be careful with those bear claws - they are very sharp tools and are not toys any more than a sharp knife is!
