Tom,[p]Get a brisket on in time to have it for breakfast tomorrow (man, is that a way to wake up, or what?!?! Brisket and eggs!) Keep your fire warm throughout the morning, then throw on a chicken in time to have it for lunch. Later in the afternoon, get the temps up to nuclear and throw on a great big choice or prime ribeye steak (TRex'd, of course.) If you have to, grill some veggies, too. At about 11p Sat night, putt a butt or two on, so you can have that for dinner Sunday night. Sunday am, make a leftover chicken or brisket omelette. For lunch Sunday, you should take it easy and maybe just have a grilled cheese sandwich, a glass of water and a piece of fruit. Sunday night, pulled pork![p]Enjoy![p]R
