I used the Dr. BBQ method in the egg cookbook for my first batch of ribs this past weekend. They turned out fabulous. And that rub is outstanding. I've been telling everyone about it.

Congrats on the great cook--everybody I've served ribs to really likes the ribs cooked on the eggs.

My heat got a little high from me in the middle of the cook, about 350, but they still turned out great.
The egg does make me look good. Kinda nice -
I've tried his method...very good if you need them done sooner than later..
