The Acme had some nice looking 16-20 shrimp on sale for $5.99 (usually $11.98) so I bought a pound. I peeled them leaving the tails, tossed in olive oil, sprinkled with DP Pineapple Head. I cooked them at 350º direct with the porcelain grate on the low GrateMates (just slightly below felt level). Six minutes on the first side. Three minutes on the second side. A very light brush of Sweet baby Ray's and two more minutes on the Egg. Served with brown rice and a simple green salad.

Nice cook! How do you like the pineapple head?

I really like the Pineapple Head. I've used it in a number of ways besides as a rub too. A couple of days ago I had a bowl of cottage cheese and pineapple slices for lunch. A sprinkle of Pineapple head took it to another level. I tried some on my buttered toast for breakfast - another success. The shrimp was the best I've ever cooked. Amazing stuff.

Nice shrimp. Love my seafood. Will try the Sweet baby Rays.
