For anyone who ever preserve their own jams, can you use splenda instead of sugar??

    Yes you can. Just ask Mr. Smuckers..

    Use the same amount you would real sugar and use the loose stuff. The little packets have dextrose in them. In small quantities dextrose is relatively harmless, but when you are taking a cup or more it will add to the over all carb level.
