Wondered if any one has tried injecting seasonings into briskets or steaks befor cooking. Any recipes would be appreciated.[p]Thanks,

    do it all the time, I'm talking about briskets and Top Sirloin Roasts, I have my own blend, so I dilute in applejuice and inject, rub outside with mustard then rub s'more on it (rub)
