Today was a very wet and rainy day here in Lynn Haven/Panama City,FL. But, my wife wanted steaks and my friend(1409egger on the forum) had given us a couple of ribeyes and figured we'd go ahead and cook 'em up.
I followed Fidel's tips on searing, rest and rubbing, then roasting instructions. We topped the steaks off with mushrooms(sauteed in butter, crushed black pepper & Chambourcin red wine) and had twice baked potatoes to round it out.
Thanks for the steaks Rusty!

houses down and walk in because the water was too high to get the car in the driveway. Hopefully, we're done with all of this rain for awhile
