the "new smokehouse lay-out.I think that it will be just fine. There's plenty of room to work and I am very happy with it.I got the hardi board down today and just need to build the forms for the concrete countertops :woohoo: Here's the lay-out The platesetter represents the medium, the stone reprsents the small, and the mini represents the.....err....mini
Here's a different angle, with the XL to the right and the sink goes under the "smokehouse" sign
Here, the saw-horses represent the bar, while the chairs represent barstools
I can't wait to get this thing finished, maybe soon I hope

Hey Doug did you ever think about building a L-shaped bar around that support pole with a stool on each side. Then you could incorporate some more storage without it eating too much into your space. Looking good tho!!!
-
A support pole? Perfect! That would stop me from falling down. Wouldn't it? Eh.
-
Thanks AG,I'll think about that I just want the barstools to be under the roof, but it may work out better your way also :woohoo: Thank you buddy ;)I'm still in the early planning stages,so no worries :P

I might need a truck to haul it all down there.
(what do I tell US Customs at the bridge?.... "It's Ok Sir. It's all for Sparky.") -
I'm pretty handy with a saw. How long does it take to drive from PA to GA?

Ah they don't care! When I cross with our trailer, we end up swapping recipes. Cuban cigars are a different story?
