Well just sent some friends home a little fatter, happier and wanting an egg. Anyway the ribs were amazing according to the company and the banana's foster was a perfect fit in my opinion. :cheer: Oh yea I shouldn't leave out the corona it always adds a little something :woohoo:
Here are the ribs foiled after 3 hrs
Here they are sauced after 35 min in the foil
And here they are after 30 min at 280 ready to eat
the Banana's Foster flaming not sure why the flames didn't show but trust me they were there. whew!
And the final product with a little french vanilla icecream
What a wonderful evening good friends, great food, lovely wife and spectacular weather. I think on that note I will call it a night. Happy Egging Tommy

Nice looking ribs. I've only done the banana foster thing once and didn't have any flames in the pic as well.

Great looking ribs and the bananas foster look delicious!
Hint: The flames get washed out with the flash. Try it without a flash next time - have to hold REAL steady, though! -
Looks delicious!!! I would like to try the bananas foster sometime.
