I'm getting reading to do my first ever standing rib roast. It weighs 13.6#. If I do it Mad Max style (on Naked Whiz site)at 325 degrees, any idea about how long it will take to cook? I hoping to have it ready to pull off the Egg around 6PM. I've seen posts and Third Eye's site about cooking around 225 to 250 degrees but I'm worried about how long it will take.

I did a 4.25 lb roast Christmas. Cooked it at 350* indirect and pulled it 2 hours later when internal temp read 135*. It came out great. Next one I'll pull at 125* for a little more rareness.
