Wow, i just hit my 500thish post. I cannot believe that it has only been a year or so since I got my first egg. I have since added a large to my medium and still cannot believe the quality of food that they produce. I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you (yes ALL of you) that have added to the richness of my life since aquiring the egg. Even after BBQing all my life I never would have imagined how the eggs and this forum would impact my daily life.

...Enough, of the mushy stuff...back to the grill...
