Same method for sliced butt as pulled?

Neighbor asked me to cook him a butt he bought. I think he is going to want it 'sliced'. I guess that means I would take it off the egg at an internal of 160? Also, do I have to cook it slow and low as I would a butt that was meant for being 'pulled'?

Wardster,[p]160 is a great temp. for roast and other pork but if I were doing PP style and wanted it sliced then I would go to 185 to 195 let it rest until eating time then slice.

Wardster,[p]I agree with Elder.....this cut of meat at 160º will be tough and gnarly. Bring it to 185-190º and it will be much better.[p]Stogie
