Hey Mike I just cleaned the xl and large to cook 9 racks of baby back for the next shift...Time to go cut the grass now.Have a great weekend.

Cleaned up the mess in the kitchen last night. Now I have to clean up the lessor mess outside. -
i have to go torch up two eggs to make some more turkey so i can have some leftovers! :woohoo:

Yep, each night I fall asleep counting orders that I haven't gotten out. Last night I had to throw in late night plumbing work after dinner. At such times I'm always reminded of why I'm not a plumber or a mechanic....In most cases those fine folks earn every penny that they charge.

Not so here. For some reason our crowd was a bunch of light eaters. We only consumed 1 each of the 2 hams and 2 breasts that I prepared. I'm set for leftovers for a while.
And really, I do need to go to the shop rather than to bed.
