Pizza Stone and Turkey Question

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!
On my XL I have done a couple Turkeys. Run at about 340º dome and the roasting pan scorches when using the just the Plate Setter.
I have it set up right now with the Plate Setter legs up the cooking grid on then the Pizza Stone.
I am going to use a Roasting pan, will it hurt the Pizza Stone to sit the Roaster pan directly on it??? :S
Thanks!

I'm going to say it shouldn't. You can always raise it off the stone with 4 crumpled balls of foil. One at each corner.
