Damn,these were great,thanks poolman for the help I did these 4/1/1.somethin I used "carnivore q" for the sauce,and it was awesome :woohoo: :woohoo: Thanks Big'un,your sauce is great on beef ribs too I'm gonna need more though buddy I am almost out :pinch:

The beef ribs are great when you nail them. Sounds like it worked out now hurry up and finish the smoke shack so you can get some light in your pics :laugh: :blink:

Hey Family Guy(I love that show),These were done at 250(dome)indirect the whole way.4 hrs uncovered,then 1 hour in foil with a little apple cidar vinegar,then the final hour was back on the grid naked :woohoo: I added the sauce at the end and let it cook in for about 10-25 minutes :cheer: I am very happy with the results :cheer: Thanks man,

They look really good. You can brighten the pics up in whatever program you use to view. It's prety simple. I can even figure it out. Stike may even do it for you.
