Hi guys:
I went home after the awesome tempe-fest and tried to recreate the stuffed shrimp and ribs..both were done by the same EGG-Head, I would love the recipes!

    I didnt see stuffed shrimp...but then again I didn't see a lot of stuff. The guy beside us...I'm sorry I can't remember his name...made bacon wrapped shrimp...at the same time he was doing his ribs. Perfect bacon crispness.
