Starting to get cold here in AZ. Heading for 56 next Tuesday. Probably will be a Snow Day and the kids will be home from school.

Looking for a recipe for some comfort food. Any ideas?

This is one of my favorites, but I use cube steak rather than bottom round. If using cube steak you can omit the tenderizing step in the directions.

This is great served over mashed potatoes or rice.

My Mom used to make one just like that. She used Swiss steak, which I think is cube steak. She put mozzerela all over the steak before the other stuff. Man that was good.
