Wow Thank goodness I found y'all. My wife bought me my large green egg for fathers day. Without bragging (since the egg deserves the credit.)I have cooked some of the best meals we have ever enjoyed. But the post is not about that but instead it is about the relief of knowing that i am not alone in my admiration for my BGE. I was hooked from the first steak. Now my gas grill serves as a great place to store my cast iron skillets. :laugh:

The help and advice is great, and the creativity is amazing....ABT's, stuffed fritos, etc....

Welcome aboard! We bought a new gasser right before purchasing our egg. Needless to say the gasser was used twice, we ended up selling it to some friends. You will love your egg!

Well it's kind of free. As you gain knowledge you should pass it along to others who join in and who may want advice. Also, Food Pics are always nice!!

I met a guy at Eggtoberfest who knew alot about many folks on the Forum after having been reading it for years, but has never posted even once. :S
