Need some help. We need a good recipe for babybacks on the egg. Going to serve these while watching Ohio State beat Penn State. Can someone point us in the right direction (concerning the ribs please, not our choice of teams)?
Thanks,

Here's a good method.

The first time I did these I didn't cook long enough. I thought they were drying out and getting overdone when in reality they were underdone. Stick with it - if anything, plan on more cooking time than described here. Good luck! -
I'll be at the game tomorrow evening faithfully wearing my blue and white. If you're near Columbus can you bring me some ribs?

I can attest, Car Wash Mike's ribs are fabulous. I was privileged enough to taste a one of his ribs at the recent Eggtoberfest.
I'm also a newbie egger from Ohio. Go Bucks! :cheer:

Check out the cookbook section at the top. it has another on for baby back ribs. I can also say that I tried the fire and smoke ribs and they were wonderful.
good luck
